Yipee!! Its my first time to watch Superman Returns in the
Director's Club! Luckily we didn't have to line up a long queue coz we're scheduled at the graveyard hours... 11pm to 1:45am!! whoa! talk about diehard Superman fans!!


Ok ok, am not much of a Brandon fan but i took a picture with him anyway, since lots of girls are supposed to be drooling over him.. hehhee!! For one thing, he lacks muscles (6 packs) in his suit.. hahah!! (That's so low of me...) Personally I like the looks of the guy who played Richard more.. but for a beginner... i think he does ok..


Owkhay.. while waiting outside the moviehouse.. i found this signboard just outside.. and it really cracked me up.. they really Specified what food you're not allowed to bring... soo... steak with soysauce is allowed then? ^^


Inspite of disappointments coz what i really wanted to have was the IMAX experience, one can't cry over spilled milk for too long.. for a price of P350 (its worth it if you paid for the Lazy boy with leg stretch(real comfy sofa that almost lulled me to sleep) and ... and.. and...


oh yeah!! only 30 ppl sitting capacity.. and... and.. and.. eeeep!! can't think of anything else coz the unlimited popcorn is too bland for my taste and the Royal/Sprite complimentary drinks have also lost its zesty taste.)

Overall, the movie for me should be rated "a feel good" movie. It tells of the story after S guy disappears for a long time and suddenly returned, what happened to his love life, his career, his morales, his family, his hometown, his arch enemy Lex, and a little twist and a surprise.. ^^ It pales in comparison with LOTR but that's for the effects and stuff.. Kate Bosworth (Lois Lane) was a real eye candy and i think she's too fresh for Superman (who's sooooo serious... ) Lex adds spice to the otherwise too serious movie of the two lovey doveys.. hehehe!!

Crack me up Scenes (better watch out for those)
a. perfect contact lens advertisement: the bank robbery scene where superman gets shot in the eyes
b. Lex Luther (by Kevin Spacey) was kinda gay all throughout the show... Specially loved the times he emphasized "Kreeep-to-naaayyyttt" in a singsong voice!! hehehehe!!
c. You see the pom eating something after Lex and the gang went back to Lex's old house - Did the pom ate his better half?!?!? whoa!! (I miss Charlie baby...)
d. Lex is right. Superman doesn't pay attention to the little details (he doesn't attend court hearing.. hahahha!!) a classic one!! ^^
