Am at singapore stucked with an internet connection!! wheeee!!! screens here are cool!! 17" flat screens!! hihhi!! i ought to get one for myself!! hehe!! it feels so good for the eyes... wonder if i could nenok one of these home.. hehehe!! its only a day and i have already so many blog updates!! will be stuck here in singapore for another 1.5 hours.. so am gonna fatten myself in the lounge and be happy while im at it.. hehehe!!

snoozing @ the lounge

this might be my last last entry for the week. woke up 3:45am. Stupid cellfone kept on ringing.. didn't get a good night's sleep. normally i put the fones on silent mode but for emergency last minute purposes, i just kept it at loud. some people just don't care about the time of the hour and keep on sending forwarded messages!! GEEEESH!! am about to cryyyy... now my eyes might look puffy and i look like one over-excited passenger.. imagine, flight is at 8:00am but got at the airport at 5:15am.. talk about overly hyper! and i didn't bring any book with me.. luckily, our tickets are for buzness class.. meaning... i got to laze around THE LOUNGE!! wheeee!!! am even earlier than the employees working here.. hehehe... at least i got some spare time for internet connection right? well as of the moment, that looks like my only last resort for being happy, then i might as well find a comfortable nest to nuzzle my head.. hehe.. sweet dreams everyone!

Will be gone for awhile

Just confirmed it.. will be going to GERmany... for real!! visa isn't out yet.. still having the bouts with my mom on what bag to bring.. geeesh treating me still like a kid... really hate it... hope i could get back in one piece... sayonara!! heheh!!

Jinxed computer

This is probably the best day that the computer decided to malfunction. When i woke up this morning, i was supposed to have my morning exercise but decided against it and opened the computer.. and now facing me is not the infamous blue screen of death (id rather have that though) but sumthing checksum rom error sumthing bla-blah di blah blah. Then, i rebooted the entire system........ nothing.... reboooted again... nothing..... sigh..

first phase: call technician and try figure out what the heck is wrong with the thing.. answer: its the motherboard's battery that's giving out and i could buy it at any watch selling store! yippeee!! i could do that after lunch (my thought goes..) lunch came and went, battery bought, battery installed, still dead..

second phase: call technician again. techie kindly tells me to bring the damn thing over to have it checked.. (other things went wrong, car battery dead also.. how many things should go wrong before something looks up? =( ) after checking everything, conclusion: motherboard's dead, bought new motherboard (that's 2900+ bucks) its cheap but hope it works! paws crossed, new motherboard installed, brace urselves..... still dead...

third phase: brought the entire damn thing to pc corner coz the motherboard's from there, told me to pay 500 bucks for service coz the other parts are not from their store. (wise stupid store, ripped me off 3500 already). Will know on tuesday what the heck is really wrong with the thing. The techie there says suspicion is the powersupply of the entire thing. Geeesh.. that's good news... have to buy another of those stuffs and pay again... spent good money on damn parts.. (farewell to palm zire 72.. for the meantime...) sigh sigh sigh... at least there's the good ole' laptop to type these stuffs... i really owe cheanne alot since i told her that we'll meet up tonight, but guess am really tired of all these things... wanna cry.... waaaaah...

lesson learned: NEVER EVER BUY FROM PC EXPRESS AGAIN! UNLESS ITS SOME ACCESSORY STUFF!! THAT COMPUTER HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE JINXES SINCE I STARTED BUYING IT!!! GEEEESSSSSHHH!!!!

must be a really terrible week for me.. have got a terrible cold, (yey.. just a few days from germ and the embassy might not accept me for my "flu") hahah!! then got accused of making "hawa" to my gwa-ma. (in reality, it was my bro who was the culprit..) geesh.. o well.. just have play dumb and pretend not to hear anything.. hehe!!

met up with my former classmate again in makati (coincidence?) hehe.. and learned from her that its not such a great thing to work for accenture anymore.. (coz they won't allow you to go to other places, unlike the previous batches) =( so they're really paid low.. (and they really chase you if you don't stay with them the entire 2 years?) yeeeeesh!! what a sucker.. (proof: my other classmate paid that company when he switched to another company)

why am i writing this? nothing.. just plain bored of my sickness and i think i'm stuck here (ON A FRIDAY NIGHT!!) geeesh

Just finished the koreanovela "Attic Cat".. was kinda so-so.. next target.. (HOTELIER)!! hehehe!!


My aunt just confirmed yesterday that i will be the one who will go to germany! Should i feel great? wonderful? hehe.. surprisingly, the feeling is just so-so.. dunno why *maybe i should be smashed with a mallet or sumthing* hihi! hmm.. lemme see... that's 6 more days to prepare for the trip.. ^^

Doggie's worst night.. (or best?)

Sat down with charlie last night and admired his cuteness.. but in the midst of staring at him.. i started searching for some of his best friends from his furr... and guess what i've found? lots of those icky bitsy little mites wanterin about his huge body... wahkhong ah!! and there were 2 big fat ones around his right ear!! (yaikkksss!!!) its a good thing i had finished my dinner already.. but in the midst of me being soooo disgusted with this huge furball hosting lotsa tiny communities within him.. he seemed to perfectly enjoy himself! thoroughly if i might add... gessh!! what kinda furball is he?? can't even chase xia peng yow (little mice) from eating our bananas and he has to feed those tiny mites in his body!! grrrsh... HAD A longg hot shower after finishing off with him..

p.s. my mom and helper still found more mites within him this morning.. yeeeeesssshhhh!!! what's wrong with that dog!! =S

a rather tiring day..

am so tired today.. first i went to the german embassy to get a visa. i thought it was supposed to be a one on one meeting with one room each for you and the interviewer.. but surprisingly, it happened this way.. from what i had experienced awhile ago.. (i remember paying my bills in La Salle accounting office.. long queue of lines with chairs all about with people sitting waiting for their numbers or names to be called) Even cellphones were not allowed inside the area!! geesh..

so lemme tell you my really boring story of it all.. technically they had to let me go there one hour before my exact meeting @ 9:12am (so am there 8:00am sharp coz my aunt had difficulty with them when she was late. grrrr... stupid german embassy.. made me wait for an hour and 40 minutes to be exact.. (no fone to fiddle with..) and then when i was finally called, didn't even spend 5mins there!! yea.. blame it on those who had lacking requirements who made the ever famous "singit" when they finished xeroxing their requirements. they rush into the line and feel all important and push their requirements onto the table for the examiner. (i had hoped that the interviewer/examiner would shout at them and tell them to queue or wait properly when their turn is up or tell them to return the next time) hehe..

next have to get back to work.. after the really bad episode we had yesterday.. sluggish lines, lack of training, panicky counter people, busted barcode printer, lack of computers, what more can we ask? ow.. and a really sick cuzin.. hope he gets well soooon... dunno how long i could hold it.. heheh.. at least it was kinda smooth sailing today (in the front end). Its another story we have at the back end.. why you might ask? (its because, i personally think, that we are kinda migrating the old (wrong numbers) into the new one.. its really frustrating.. really...

Am "forced" by some "special" people to update my blog.. so technically even if i have no more time.... or just plain lazy.. (sensya na po dial up lang po me so its super uber slowww... to upload the pictures...) well here it goes.. (if the developing team sees this.. they'll sue my arse..hihihi!! so so sorrie for posting ur pixes! unauthorized posting..)

These jolly peeps have been working with our company already for quite some time.. and basically, i just don't gets it how they get to train our people with these kinds of attitude.. hehehe!!

Seriously, these people are really fun to work with (and hang around with.. although i still have to hear Hubert in karaoke mode.. hihihi!!) Now i really miss working for a real IT company. Maybe if i get really serious with my Dad's project, then i would be able to develop something.. hehehe.. that's if i still get the heart and the skill to do it.. ^^; will be at Anson's again tomorrow morning!! haha.. as if that's any consolation.. =D

July 30, 2005 Reunion

A bit late to post.. but what the heck.. ^^

Due to massive cancellation.. only 4 were able to make it.. huhuhu!! Eileen (twin sister has an OT), Tabsy (has exams.. taking up MBA?!!?!) whoa!! Justine, Maryan, Debbie (forgot the excuses basta BUSY..) ^^; Wendy (hindi na tlga nagparamdam.. there's the Other ONE kc.. =D she's gonna kill me when she reads this.. ^^)

Anyways.. AM SOOO HAPPY THAT... THERE'S A STARBUCKS, BON APETITE', AND YELLOW CAB NEAR US!! and of course don't forget the opening of KFC!!!! yippeee!! hooorayyyy!!! (now all reunions can be near our place!!) hahahha!! =D

Owkie owkie back to topic.. am glad to have that mini-reunion so that we could keep up on what's happenin to other people's lives (including luvlife, worklife (bored as usual), and tons of other stories (that's over exaggerated..) on other people.. hehe.. so if you don't wanna miss out.. let's get chillin'..
